9 days or 10 days?

I recently heard a talk by a doctor and he recommended a 9 day cleanse. In the Stanley Burroughs "Master Cleanse" book he insists on 10 days.

The way I see it is if you can go 9 days you can probably go 10 days. I'd be interested in hearing comments from those who have made it to 10 days.
